A comprehensive report including all components and survey history captured for each source leaking or not. Options to view images captured during a survey and to export repair orders in PDF format, which includes above-mentioned image.

Client Requirements

Using ensoft as your leak detection methodology, we can accommodate the clients needs in terms of setting threshold limits to their specifications. Any survey source or requirement can be selected from our pre-populated fields for that particular survey.

Leakers Report

A summarised report that maintenance personnel can use, pointing out all the leakers found during the survey catogerised from high to low. Viewing of leak videos to pinpoint the leak source and issuing of repair orders in PDF format.

Survey Summary Breakdown

A comprehensive summary of all results gathered during a survey can be viewed here eg. Client info and losses for the particular survey, breakdown of results categorised according to sources and equipment, sub-devided according to the company's set threshold limits.

Repair Survey Summary Breakdown

The survey summary breakdown after maintenance and repair attempts to reduce the leakers in question. If leakers could not be repaired they would automatically be allocated to the next shutdown or unplanned downtime.

PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT REPORT

When a survey is in full swing our technicians are trained to look out for process safety concerns on the business unit, this is then reported to the relevant HSSE department to help reduce unwanted safety risks.

Survey Summary Bar Charts

Survey and repair bar charts can be viewed when a bussiness units has built up a history of surveys indicating improvement or deterioration.

Repair Leakers Report

A second report that can be issued for equipment repaired or reduced to an acceptable limit during the survey.

This assistance is provided on request from the particular business unit.

Emission Rate Bar Charts

Bar chart 1 - Indicating Emissions lost to atmosphere catogerised according to sources. Bar chart 2 - Indicating Emissions lost to atmosphere catogerised according to equipment.

Repair Orders

Each leaking source can be exported in a PDF sheet, that includes but are not limited to valve, location & leak information, each repair order also has its own image. This can be downloaded on a daily basis and actioned by the maintenance team.
